Dunn, North Carolina

Indoor Digital Billboards in Dunn, NC

Six venues across the Dunn trade area — mealtime and evening rooms, plus a morning coffee house and a natural foods market that open up the daytime.

The Market

A Town That Points in Two Directions at Once

Dunn is the largest city in Harnett County, with a population in the neighbourhood of 8,500, and it lives on the seam between two much bigger gravitational pulls. Raleigh and Research Triangle Park are roughly forty minutes north; Fort Bragg is a little over half an hour southwest. Harnett County as a whole holds around 140,000 residents and has been among the faster-growing counties in North Carolina, largely because that in-between position lets a household pick a mortgage in Dunn and a paycheque in either direction.

The military tie here is older than the commute. Dunn was the birthplace of General William C. Lee, widely called the father of the U.S. Airborne, and the museum in his name sits in town. That heritage is not decoration — it is the reason a meaningful share of Dunn households have someone connected to the post, whether serving, retired, or working on it as a civilian.

Economically the town leans on retail trade, healthcare, logistics and manufacturing, with the interstate doing a lot of the work. Retail is the county’s single largest employment sector, driven by distribution and shopping along the I‑95 corridor. That base is now being added to: Harnett County broke ground in early 2025 on its first Class A industrial park, with an initial speculative building of roughly 175,500 square feet in Dunn scheduled to finish in 2026. Industrial space of that grade tends to arrive with hiring, contractors and new households behind it.

Four of our six Dunn venues sit in food-and-drink rooms — two restaurants, a saloon, and a venue whose coverage spans Dunn and neighbouring Bunnlevel. The other two open up the daytime: a coffee house and bakery on North Ellis Avenue with high-frequency morning traffic, and a natural foods market on West Edgerton Street. There is still no gym in this market. What you get is seated dwell time in the evening and at mealtimes, which is when a commuter town is actually at home, with a morning and errand-hour layer alongside it. That favours advertisers whose customers decide after work: restaurants and local entertainment, home services, auto dealers and repair shops, real estate agents, staffing firms hiring for the new industrial space, and anyone marketing to military families in the Bragg commuter belt without buying the whole Fayetteville market.

Venue Mix

Five Types, One Common Thread

A third of the Dunn market is restaurants; the rest is a pub, a general venue, a coffee house and a natural foods market. Five of the six are rooms where a person is seated or browsing unhurried, and the market placement adds an errand-hour stop to what used to be an evening-only footprint.

Buying This Market

How Dunn Usually Gets Bought

All six, as a block

With six venues in one town there is little point splitting them. Taking the block is the normal Dunn buy and the simplest to quote.

Dunn plus Benson

Ten minutes apart on the interstate and sharing a trade area. Ten venues across the two markets still price as a small-market campaign.

Dunn plus Fayetteville

The natural buy if your customers are Fort Bragg households — catch them where they live as well as where they go out.

Creative that changes, placement that does not

Swap the artwork seasonally while the screens stay booked. Repetition is what makes a six-venue market work.

Package structure and terms live on the indoor billboards page. If you run a Dunn business with a wall and a power outlet, the hosting side is explained on the venue partner page — we are actively looking for more rooms in Harnett County.
