Waterfront & Charter Businesses
Fishing charters, boat rentals, kayak and paddleboard outfits reaching people who are already at the water and deciding what to do tomorrow.
Georgetown County, South Carolina
Six venue placements, every one of them in a room where people eat and drink. In a village that calls itself the seafood capital of South Carolina, that is not a limitation — it is the whole audience.
Reading This Market
Murrells Inlet is unincorporated — no town hall, no city limits sign, just a Georgetown County community wrapped around a saltwater inlet at the southern end of the Grand Strand. It has been the working seafood village of this coast for generations, and it still trades on that: the MarshWalk, a half-mile boardwalk over the marsh lined with a handful of waterfront restaurants and live music most nights, is the reason most people drive in. Brookgreen Gardens, home to the largest collection of outdoor American sculpture and founded here in 1931, and Huntington Beach State Park sit just down Highway 17.
What that means for an advertiser is unusual. There is no office park, no mall, no campus. The commercial life of the place is food and drink, and the day is split hard between two audiences that barely overlap. Daytime is Brookgreen and state-park visitors, retirees and Pawleys Island residents running errands. Evening is the inlet crowd — couples out for seafood, boat traffic coming off the water, and the sports-bar regulars who never leave.
Our six placements sit inside that pattern rather than beside it, and five of them are geographically tight: those five fall within roughly half a mile of each other, in the restaurant core rather than scattered along the highway. The sixth sits about four miles north-east up US 17 Business, at the Surfside end of the market. A campaign here is not a reach play. It is a frequency play against the same few thousand people, hitting them in the room where they are already sitting down.
All Six Placements
Type Breakdown
Three bar-and-grills, two restaurants, one sports bar. Six out of six are food-and-beverage rooms — there is no hotel, gym, salon or retail placement in this cluster, which is exactly what you would expect from a village built on its kitchens.
Because all six are food-and-beverage rooms, a Murrells Inlet buy naturally pairs with a broader cluster nearby — the restaurants, cafes and hotels in the Myrtle Beach group, about 14 miles north, widen the room mix against the same drive-time audience.
Fit
Fishing charters, boat rentals, kayak and paddleboard outfits reaching people who are already at the water and deciding what to do tomorrow.
The sports bar and the neighbourhood grills are placed for recurring local traffic. Roofers, HVAC, pest control and landscapers get repeat exposure to homeowners between Garden City and Pawleys.
Six rooms full of people who have already decided to eat out is the cheapest place to advertise a seventh.
Georgetown County skews older and coastal. Agents, downsizing services and financial planners reach that audience over dinner rather than in a two-second scroll.
Screens rotate creative every one to two minutes, so one seating means several plays. Package options are listed on the billboards page.

Next Step
Small cluster, short conversation. Tell us whether you want all six rooms or just the three bar-and-grills, when you want to be live, and what the ad should say. There is no minimum campaign length dictated by a venue contract on our end — the screens are already installed and playing.
If you run a restaurant or pub in the inlet and want a screen of your own at no cost, that is the venue partner side of the network.
